I don't really have too much of a fursona exactly, but I do have a general idea of a character in mind ~ An overly adventurous fox with a nose for getting himself into more trouble than he bargained for. Unfortunately, I'm not one to role play, as I'm not very good at it. Also it makes me terribly anxious and stresses me out in ways I can't seem to explain.
I do love reading and the stories on here are no exception. There are so many though, that for one fox that it's not a quick process. When I'm finally able to get to them, I do leave feedback. If you want me to say more than I did go ahead and ask away. I'm always looking for new things to try to write about too.
However, any amount of "traditional art" skill is nearly non-existant for me; I couldn't draw my way out of a paper bag. Oddly enough though, I do have a somewhat unexplainable love for stuffed animals. I don't know why, but there's something about them that I enjoy.
If you want to talk for any reason, send me a message. I'd really like to get to know new people and make new friends, locally if you're in my area too. Generally I would like to consider myself easy to get along with, if a little quiet and shy at times.
I'm on Twitter as well if you want to poke me there. I don't post much, but do reply to everyone else pretty often. @Rhysion5
Over the last few months I've been finding more and more situations where having an artistic depiction of (your) character would be a helpful and almost necessary thing to get into some of the cool Your-Character-Here poses that some artists offer, as well as other such things. While I still have a couple of little details to finish scribbling down for one of my own, I'm pretty much at the point where I'd like to find and commission an artist who typically does character reference sheets (and has the patience to help out those who have very little visual base to start from!)
Is there any place I might be recommended to go to find someone who usually does a lot of that, or perhaps specific artists that are good at it? I'm not looking for anything intensively detailed for a first drafting, as I'm sure I'll end up making changes and adding to it later on anyway. It's just that this whole starting from scratch thing feels so daunting to me.
Also, I'm not dead. I might not have been doi...
