This is a dish which uses several White cheeses to creat a creamy slupable feal. The base of the dish is shown above.
Recipe: Serves 4-5 people
8 oz uncooked spaghetti noodles
3 oz mozzarella
2 oz provolone
2 oz Parmesan
2 oz Swiss cheeses
8 oz Tomatoes
1 lbs Either beef, chicken, or pork (optional)
1 cup water (other then for boiling the noodles)
1 tbs oregano
1 tbs garlic (fresh)
2 tsp thyme
1 basil leaf or 1 1/2 tsp chopped basil
other seasonings to taste.
Boil the noodles till cooked then strain.
Slowly melt all the cheeses together, with the listed seasonings and add the tomato (juice and all). Stir until thoroughly mixed.
Add the cheese and tomato mix to the noodles. Warm and serve.
